Each advertisement placed within the app requires a one-time payment of ÂŁ50 (fifty pounds). This payment covers the display of your advertisement for 12 months from the date of approval.
All payments are non-refundable, including if you remove your advertisement or it is removed for breaching these terms. Payments must be made in full before your advertisement goes live.
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information, including text, links, and images. False, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate advertisements will be removed immediately and reported, with no refund issued. Fluxi reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any advertisement at its discretion.
Any spelling mistakes, broken links, or formatting issues found in your advertisement will be corrected free of charge by a Fluxi developer. If you request major content changes (such as new text or images) after your ad is live, additional fees may apply.
Each advertisement will remain active for 12 months from the date of activation. After this period, you may renew your advertisement by paying the current advertising fee.
Fluxi is not responsible for any business results, customer interactions, or transactions resulting from your advertisement. You must have the legal right to use all submitted text, images, and links.
Any breach of these terms, including false or misleading advertising, may result in immediate removal and reporting to relevant authorities. No refund will be issued in such cases.
